The programme unfolds across three blocks of three sessions, with each block introducing participants to different approaches to photography. Guest photographers join the programme throughout, bringing their own perspectives, practices and ways of working.

For those who want to move beyond automatic shooting, strengthen their technical foundation, develop their creative eye and gain practical experience photographing different subjects and environments.

All levels welcome.

 

What do you need?
The programme is designed to work with the equipment you already have

  • Camera body + lenses - bring your most reliable camera - DSLR, mirrorless, film, point-and-shoot
  • Comfortable camera bag
  • Memory card, fully charged battery
  • Camera manual or downloaded PDF camera manual

Post-production gear

  • Laptop, Editing software (Adobe Lightroom) for post-process sessions

Marina’s studio in Irish Town (15 mins from Papine) and multi-location - including Trench Town Art Centre, Downtown Kingston, Photography Studio in Kingston

 

 

Cost and Registration

JMD $7,000 / session

Register by 3-session block or for the full 9-session programme.

One block (3 sessions): JMD $21,000

Full programme (9 sessions): JMD $63,000

Participants can register for all nine sessions or enrol block by block.

Payment is required to confirm registration and should be received at least one week before the start of each block. Spots are limited.
